I have worked in banking as a financial analyst and currently part time for a real estate company. I manage the expenses incurred on inventory properties the company has listed from various banks. My responsibility is to make sure all bills are paid for each property, which includes utilities, maintenance, repairs, etc. We usually have on average 50 properties. After all expenses are paid I submit invoices to the bank for reimbursement.
